Your privacy choices, as nine questions

Keep your request away from any lender. End the calls and texts. See what's held about you, fix it, or have it deleted. You can ask for any of these, from any state, and you never have to say why.

In force from August 25, 2026. Run by Bucks County Home Loans.

How do you ask?

Whichever of these suits you. None of them needs an account, and you'll never be asked to make one.

How do you tell us not to sell or share your information?

Say those words, in any of the four ways above, and your request goes to no lender at all. Nobody is introduced to you, which also means no lender rings you about a loan. If what you actually wanted was the callback without anything else attached to it, say that instead and you'll get exactly that.

How do you stop the calls and texts?

Ask, and the permission you gave on the form or on the call is withdrawn — calls, texts and email, from us and from the lender you were introduced to. Replying STOP to any text is the fastest version of it. Every clause of what you agreed to, and every other way out of it, sits on the communications consent page.

How do you see what's held, fix it, or have it deleted?

Ask what's held about you and a copy comes back, in a portable format if that's what you'd like. Tell us something in it is wrong and it gets corrected. Ask for deletion and it's deleted, unless a legal duty or a live dispute means one particular record has to stay — in which case you'll be told which record and why.

What happens once you've asked?

You get confirmation that it arrived, usually the same business day. Finding your record means matching the phone number or the email address you originally gave, so mention that number or write from that address and nothing further is needed. Somebody may act for you as your authorised agent, with your written permission.

An opt-out or a stop-contact request is carried out as soon as it's seen, and inside ten business days at the very outside. Access, correction and deletion get an answer inside 45 days, and if the law allows an extension and we need one, you'll hear about it before the 45 days are up. Nothing is charged, and asking never changes how you're treated afterwards.

What if part of it gets turned down?

You'll be told which part and the reason for it, and you can reply to appeal. A person reads every appeal — that isn't automated. If the appeal fails, your state attorney general takes complaints, and if you live in Pennsylvania you can also take it to the Bureau of Consumer Protection.

Why does this page exist at all?

Because this is a mortgage marketing and lead-generation business. Call or send the form and your request reaches a licensed Pennsylvania mortgage lender, and that lender pays for the marketing and technology behind the site and the phone line. Several state privacy statutes define selling or sharing personal information widely enough to cover an arrangement like that, whatever anyone would call it over coffee. So everybody gets the opt-out and nobody has to argue about the definition.

Does a browser privacy signal do anything here?

There's nothing on this site for one to switch off. No advertising cookies are set and no third-party trackers load, so a global signal arriving in your browser finds an empty room. The only sharing that matters starts after you send a form or make a call, and only under the permission described above. Withdraw that and the sharing ends with it.

Where's the rest of it written down?

What's collected, who receives it, how long it's kept and where it lives are in the privacy policy. The consent wording itself, clause by clause, is on the communications consent page. What this service is and how the money moves are covered by the terms of use and by what happens when you call.
