Privacy policy, as nine questions

The short answer: what you say is written down, one licensed Pennsylvania lender is given it so it can ring you, that lender pays for the site, and nothing here tracks you. The nine questions below are the long answer, including how to switch the whole thing off.

Version 2026-08-25, in force from August 25, 2026. It covers https://buckscountyhomeloans.com and the line on (267) 828-9047, both run by Bucks County Home Loans, a mortgage marketing and lead-generation business, not a lender and not a broker.

Where does what you tell us end up?

With one licensed Pennsylvania mortgage lender, and that is the point of the whole exercise. Everything else on this list is plumbing.

Beyond that list, nowhere. Not to data brokers, not to list sellers, not to aggregators, not to insurers, and not into anybody's unrelated campaign. The lender is buying marketing and technology services from us, and what it pays holds steady whatever you borrow, whatever rate you are quoted, whatever fees you are charged, and whether or not you reach settlement.

Passing a request to a company that pays us is wide enough to count as a "sale" or a "share" under several state privacy statutes, whatever anyone would call it in conversation. The definition is accepted here and not argued with, which is why the your privacy choices page exists and why its opt-out is open to every reader in every state.

What is taken from you along the way?

What is refused on purpose?

Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account numbers and documents of any kind. None of that is asked for and none of it is wanted; start reading one out on a call and the assistant is built to stop you. Anything financial belongs with the lender, on the lender's own secure channel.

Nor is there any advertising cookie, third-party analytics tag, tracking pixel or social widget anywhere on this site. No profile of you is assembled and nothing follows you to the next site you visit. The calculators do their arithmetic inside your browser and send nothing anywhere: change every figure on all three and we are none the wiser. Whatever your browser stores by itself is the only browser storage in play.

What is it all used for?

Working out what kind of loan you are describing. Giving that description to a licensed Pennsylvania lender who handles that kind of loan, so it can ring you. Following up with you about the request. Acting when you ask us to stop. Holding proof of what was agreed, when, and on which page. Counting visits and calls in bulk, so the next page written is one somebody wanted. That is the list, and it has no other entries.

Where does it live, and for how long?

A request from the form travels encrypted, over HTTPS, to this site's own domain and to no third-party endpoint, and arrives as an email in a mailbox we control. No database sits behind this site today, so that mailbox is the record, and access to it is limited to the people who need it. Recordings and transcripts stay with the telephone provider under contract. No system is beyond reach and this one will not be described as though it were; if a breach ever touches your information, you and the regulators the law names will be told inside the time the law sets.

Requests, consent evidence, recordings and transcripts are held for up to five years, because federal telemarketing rules expect consent to be provable that far back. Page versions and the sources under them are kept twenty-four months, because mortgage advertising rules expect a page to be reproducible. Server logs last a few months and then go. After those periods things are deleted or stripped of anything identifying. Ask for yours to go sooner and it goes, unless a legal duty or a live dispute requires one particular record to stay, in which case you will be told which and why.

Can you switch the contact off?

Yes, at any point, by any reasonable means, with no reason required and nothing to pay. Reply STOP to a text. Say so on a call. Use the contact page. It is acted on straight away in practice and inside ten business days at the very outside, and the lender is told. Withdrawing here does not withdraw anything from a lender you have separately begun working with, so tell that lender too; ask and we will help you find the right person there.

What that permission covers in the first place — the parties it names, the channels it allows, the automatic dialing systems and artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voices it permits, and the Do Not Call override it carries — is set out clause by clause on the communications consent page. The checkbox under the form and the recorded notice on the phone line are the two places it is given.

What can you require of us?

Ask what is held about you. Ask for a copy of it. Ask for a correction. Ask for deletion. Ask that it never reach a lender. Ask that the contact stop. Residents of states with their own privacy statutes, New Jersey among them, hold those rights by law, and residents of California and states like it may also opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" described at the top of this page. Every one of these is honoured for anyone who asks, in any state, without a zip code being checked first.

To ask: the your privacy choices page, or a call to (267) 828-9047 saying so. An answer comes inside 45 days. Matching the phone number or the email address you originally gave is usually all it takes to confirm the record is yours. An authorised agent may act for you on written permission. Nothing is charged, and asking never changes how you are treated. A request turned down comes back with the reason and a route to appeal; if the appeal fails, your state attorney general takes complaints.

Does financial privacy law reach any of this, and what about children?

Sitting as this service does alongside mortgage lending, the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the privacy rule under it may reach part of what passes through here. Where they do, they are followed, limits on reusing anything received from a financial institution included. The lender you are introduced to hands you its own privacy notice, and that notice governs what the lender does from the moment your request arrives there.

This site is written for adults. Nothing is knowingly collected from anyone under 18, and anything that turns out to have come from a minor is deleted on discovery.

What happens when this policy changes?

A new version appears on this page with a fresh date and number, and the version in force on the day you sent your request is the one recorded beside it. Questions, requests and complaints go to (267) 828-9047, or the contact page.
