Communications consent

Every route out comes first, because that is the part people go looking for. Then the sentence itself, who may ring you, what the voice on the phone does, and what gets written down when you send the form.

Consent wording version 2026-08-25. Effective August 25, 2026. Whichever version you were shown is stored with your request, word for word.

Calling it off, whenever you like

Permission given can be taken back whenever you like, for any reason or for none at all, by any reasonable means, and it costs you nothing. Any one of these does it:

It gets acted on the moment somebody sees it, and inside ten business days in every case; the lender you were introduced to hears it from us as well. Where that lender has already started work with you, say the same thing to the lender directly. Its record of what you agreed sits apart from ours, and if you ask, somebody here will find you the right person there to say it to.

What ticking the box does not do

Two things worth stating before anything else, since both of them are what people are actually worried about.

It is not an application. Sending the form asks to be contacted about financing a home. Nothing goes to underwriting, nothing is pulled from your credit file, and your score is untouched by any part of it.

It is not a condition of anything. You are free to decline. Ring the number instead, or use the contact page, and you are treated exactly the same as anybody who ticked it. Consent to marketing contact is never a condition of buying any goods or services, here or anywhere else.

The words themselves

The box beside this sentence arrives empty every time, and the form refuses to send until you tick it yourself.

I understand this is not a loan application and that checking this box has no effect on my credit score. I agree that Bucks County Home Loans, together with the licensed Pennsylvania mortgage lender my request is passed to, may contact me about my request by phone call, text message and email at the number and email address I entered, and that those contacts may be made with an automatic telephone dialing system and with artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voice messages. This applies even if my number is on a state or national Do Not Call list. Message and data rates may apply; replying STOP to any text ends the texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Who is allowed to ring you

Two parties and no more: Bucks County Home Loans, and the one licensed Pennsylvania mortgage lender we introduce you to. Your number joins no list, reaches no lead broker, and is never handed to a room full of companies that all dial at once.

The channels, the dialling, and what it costs

Phone calls, text messages and email, to the number and the email address you typed in and to nothing else.

The dialling may be done by an automatic telephone dialing system, and what you hear may be an artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voice message. The assistant on our own line is an AI voice, which federal rules count as an artificial voice, so it is named here in plain words rather than tucked away.

Do Not Call registries: with your permission, we and the lender may reach you even where your number sits on a state or national Do Not Call registry. That is the legal work the checkbox does, and it is the whole reason the checkbox exists.

Your carrier may charge message and data rates under whatever plan you are on. We charge you nothing at any point, and replying STOP to a text ends the texts.

The number, and the voice that answers it

An automated AI phone assistant takes every call to (267) 828-9047, at every hour, business hours included. Its opening sentence says the call may be recorded, because Pennsylvania law wants everybody on a line to know that before recording starts, and it will tell you it is not a person the moment you ask. Would you rather not be recorded? Say so, or hang up.

It asks around ten questions, reads the callback permission out in full before the call ends, and keeps your answer in the words you used. Say no and the request is still written down, marked so that no lender may receive it. Our number takes calls and never places them, so nothing here becomes an outbound marketing call to you.

Four things it will not do: quote a rate, tell you a loan is approved, claim to be a person, or take a Social Security number. If one of those ever happens, say so and we will pull the recording.

What gets written down, and where it sits

A form lands here as an email in a mailbox we run. It carries the consent sentence exactly as you saw it and the version number beside it, the date and the minute it arrived, the IP address it came from, the browser string, and the page you had open at the time. Calls sit with their recording or transcript at the phone provider. No database stands behind this site today, so the mailbox is the record, and the lender an introduction went to is typed in there by the person who made it. All of it is held for up to five years.

The record is kept for one situation: somebody says a mortgage company had no business ringing them. We would far rather show what was agreed, on which page, at which minute, than lean on anybody's memory, our own included. The privacy policy covers everything else that happens to what you send, and the terms of use cover the rest of the arrangement.
